| Senior Designer Job Responsibilities:
Technical Excellence · Bachelor 's degree or equivalent experience and 6+ years related experience. · Acts as a recognized and active resource on design issues for others in the Company · Possesses a thorough understanding of interface design and skillful use of design tools · Communicates complex design information in a project management context -Must be able to further the design toward a cohesive, unified vision through hands-on design,having a critical eye towards developing a consistent product for the project and the AOL service as a whole. - Must be able to adapt creative style as needed and uphold both creative and technical design standards universally. - Expert knowledge of optimization techniques, craft issues and performance considerations. - Mastery of VPD. Fluent FDO and HTML skills. -Serves as mentor to other designers for performance and craft initiatives. - Actively participates in a craft and quality plan for all projects in specific product area. -Can present performance issues to client. Creativity · Works closely with the Art Director and/or Design Director to establish and maintain visual integrity within all of the Design Department's Visual executions. -Requires solid creative and design skills as they apply to the online medium,including:typography,color, layout/composition, perspective and imagery. -Requires the ability to translate rough concepts into working models. -Skills include mature design skills -having the ability to provide a number of unique and innovative ways of solving the creative problem. · Designs and develops exciting cutting-edge screen treatments that maintain the visual integrity of the project · Possesses strong artistic design/artistic sensibilities and systems structures · Solves complex design problems through research, analysis and a strong understanding of technology tools.· Uses experience and analysis to develop creative and innovative solutions Critical Skills:
